The Emerald City is in a bad position, it's a harmful now after it had been a magnificent magical land. The ruler is the once cherished legend, the Tin Man, who has apparently lost all heart. Among all the disarray a young lady called Victoria endeavors to do her best to protect the city. She experiences an energizing enterprise with a dad who searching for his two lost children.
