Richmond is a very popular cheerfully depressive reclusive figure who lurks behind the scenes in a hidden room. This room is behind the the area where Maurice and Roy have their desks. In one scene Jen, very nervously, goes into Richmond's room, expecting to find Richmond but does not see him. This is because he is somehow suspended on the ceiling in a corner therefore out of obvious sight. Richmond is not in all the series. Show less «
