Mr. Watson, (guest-star acted by 'Sorrell Booke' (qv) as he was nearing his most popular character role of Boss Hogg in _ The Dukes of Hazzard (1979_ (qv), that debuted on Friday, January 26th, 1979). The two dates differ 370 days, (52 weeks & 6 days) after Booke's one-time role of Mister Watson, on Saturday, January 21st, 1978. Mr Watson is not as popular as Boss Hogg, Booke had for seven seasons. Mr. Watson was the name of an extremely strict school & short-tempered elementary teacher, (when Charles Ingalls was probably in fifth or sixth grade). The personalities of teacher, Mister Watson & Charles Ingalls, (at approximately eleven or twelve years of age) & his activities of revenge were mentioned by Caroline Ingalls, as the family was waiting for Charles Ingalls to come home to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Caroline told their three daughters, Laura, Mary and Carrie, four or five events, of how and where they originally met each other, as it was in the school year of third or fourth grade where they origanally met & Charles was atfirst shy, when first seeing Caroline. In the school building, Mr. Watson spanked Charles Ingalls, twice. First time was for a spat among Charles Ingalls and his son, Harold Watson. Another spanking was for Charles Ingalls' revenge, of almost secretly locking up Mr. Watson in an outhouse, for being quick tempered & spanking him so quick & hard (almost at all times). After this spanking, Charles Ingalls' father, Lansford Ingalls, heavily threatened Mr. Watson that he personally will thrash him inside the school building, apparently forcing him to resign. After Caroline's final memory is spoken of, Charles Ingalls finally arrives home, so they do a short dance in the front yard, for approximately fifteen to thirty seconds, Mary, Laura & Carrie were asleep, when their father finally arrived home late, because of his wagon had a broken wheel and he had to repair and be able to get home, despite the rain storms that evening.
