Victor Herminio Lopez was born in Tepatitlan, Jalisco, Mexico, raised in Tijuana, B.C. and Venice, California, and lived in London and Lincoln, England. His father, Herminio, a professional photographer of twenty years, was taught the business by his uncle, Samuel, while his mother, Victoria, was very happy to devote her life to bearing and raising eight children, Victor being the youngest.While living in Venice, a film production, Mother, Jugs & Speed (Bill Cosby, Raquel Welch & Harvey Keitel), set-up shop for a couple of months across from the family house and it is then that the acting-bug came to town.Victor has performed on stage in England and Off-Broadway and was a member of the Long Beach Shakespeare Company for three years, where he performed such roles as Don John in Much Ado About Nothing and Sebastian in Twelfth Night.He can be seen later this year as Felix Mendez, the head of the Mexican mafia in the Weinstein Company's Shadow Boxing 2; Revenge, a Russian, boxing, mafia film produced by Central Partnership that premiered at the Moscow International Film Festival October 18, 2007 and opened at the box office in the number one position the following weekend where it stayed for two weeks and is currently doing the same across eastern Europe and Europe alike.
