Chad Grisdale, a defense man, was listed by the Portland (Oregon) Winter Hawks on their 50 man protected list in 1999, while playing Jr.B hockey for the Ridge Meadows (British Columbia) Flames of the Pacific International Junior Hockey League. He made his rookie debut with the Winter Hawks in the 1999-2000 season.Besides playing for the Winter Hawks, Grisdale has seen action with the Prince George (British Columbia) Cougars and the Regina (Saskatchawan) Pats, all of the Western Hockey League from 1999-2001.He is a 4th year student/player with the University Of British Columbia Thunderbirds.
